Tennis Courts--$15.50 <br />7. The fees -for water meters shall be $15.00 plus <br />cost of meter and reader. <br />8. The fees for the reader only will be $10.00 plus <br />cost. <br />9. The fees for subdivisions shall be as follows: <br />a. Minor - $50.00 plus pass -through <br />b. Variance - $50.00 plus pass -through unless a <br />part of subdivision application. <br />c. Major - $100.00 plus pass -through with escrow <br />for all consulting fees. <br />d. Conditional Use Permits - $25.00 for all but <br />advertising signs; $7.50 for signs. <br />e. Mobile Home Parks - application and annual <br />renewal $100.00 - plus pass through. <br />10. The fees for applications required by the Zoning <br />Ordinance shall be as follows: <br />a. Variances, Appeals, and Shoreland Permits-$25.00 <br />plus any pass through costs over and above this <br />amount; <br />b. Amendments, rezoning, Conditional Use Permits <br />or amendments to Conditonal Use Permits - $100.00 <br />plus any pass through costs over and above this <br />amount; <br />c. Renewal of Conditional Use Permits - $25.00 <br />d. Planned Unit Development applications - $100.00 <br />plus pass -through costs over and above this amount; <br />e. Flood Plain Management permits, Site and Building <br />Plan Review, Variances, and Appeals - $25.00 plus <br />any pass through costs over and above this amount. <br />f. Outside coin -operated machine permits--$10.00. <br />11. The fee for pool permits required under Section 504 <br />of the City Code - based on value of the construction, using <br />the State Building Code formula. <br />
