R-81-17 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO OPERATE AN OPEN SALES LOT FOR MOBILE HOMES FOR PATTI HOMES, INC. WHEREAS, Patti Homes, Inc, had a Conditional Use Permit to operate an open sales lot for mobile homes in good standing; and, WHEREAS, Patti Homes, Inc. has agreed to honor all the conditions set forth in said Conditional Use Permit; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota that; The renewal of the Conditional Use Permit to operate an open sales lot for mobile homes at 11450 Hudson Boulevard by Patti Homes, Inc, from January 1, 1981 to December 31, 1981, be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The storage building on said premises be kept up to the standards of the State Building Code. 2. No storage of property not owned by or on con- signment to Patti Homes, Inc. will be permitted on the premises. 3. The mobile homes must be blocked up for safety. 4. There will be no repair work or maintenance on mobile homes at the site. 5. Operating hours will be 9 a.m, to 9 p.m., Monday thru Thursday; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday, except in the summer when they will be 9 a.m, to 9 p.m.; 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., Sunday. 6. The grounds will be kept in a neat and orderly manner. 7. Patti Homes will provide a site plan that shows all homes will be on North side of access drive and showing the sign, homes, office and road access location; and, 8. There shall be no more than 15 homes on the site at any one time. ADOPTED, this the 3rd. day of March, 1981, by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota.
