R-81-24 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF F. J. <br />CROMBIE ESTATES. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of <br />F. J. Crombie Estates; and <br />WHEREAS, the Applicant has now presented to the City a <br />final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat <br />and meets the requirements of the City Subdivision Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo that the final plat of F. J. Crombie <br />Estates which is now on file with the City Administrator, be <br />and the same hereby is approved and accepted subject tothe <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The developers shall pay a park donation fee in an <br />amount deemed appropriate by the City. <br />2.
