Containing 3.93 acres. <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above -described parcel was not, <br />at the time of the application, a separately described parcel <br />of record; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason related <br />to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of the minor subdivision for said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the <br />proposed minor subdivision on November 24, 1980, and re- <br />commended the approval thereof. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The application of Everett Beaubien for a minor <br />subdivision be, and the same hereby is, granted subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />A. Mr. Beaubien shall reserve a sixty-six (66) <br />foot right-of-way for a future north -south <br />street on the following described parcel, <br />to -wit: <br />The Westerly 66 feet of the South- <br />erly 207.63 feet of the East One- <br />half of the Northwest Quarter (E2 <br />of NW,) of Section Fourteen (14), <br />Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-one (21), Washington County, <br />Minnesota <br />B.
