C. The applicant shall deed a sixty-six (66) foot <br />right-of-way for a future east -west street to <br />serve both lots as well as meeting any easement <br />rights persons may have who were guaranteed lake <br />access. Said right-of-way shall be deeded over <br />the following -described property, to -wit: <br />The Southerly thirty-three (33) feet <br />of the East One -Half of the North- <br />west Quarter (E� of NW;) of Section <br />Fourteen (14), Township Twenty-nine <br />(29), Range Twenty-one (21), Washington <br />County, Minnesota, <br />AND <br />The North thirty-three (33) feet of <br />the East One -Half of the Southwest <br />Quarter (E� of SWa) of Section Fourteen <br />(14), Township Twenty-nine (29), Range <br />Twenty-one (21), Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />D. The applicant shall deed a temporary cul-de-sac <br />for turn -around of emergency vehicles over the <br />following described parcels, to -wit: <br />An easement for road purposes over that <br />part of the East Half of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 14, Township 29, Range <br />21, Washington County, Minnesota, described <br />as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner <br />thereof; thence North 89047'06" East <br />(assumed bearing) along the south line there- <br />of a distance of 656.86 feet; thence North <br />00012'54" West a distance of 33.00 <br />feet to the point of beginning of land <br />to be described; thence North 89047'06" <br />East, parallel with said south line, <br />a distance of 75.13 feet; thence <br />westerly along a non -tangential curve <br />which is concave to the south, radius <br />of 50.00 feet, central angle of 97024', <br />chord bearing of South 89 47'06" West, a <br />distance of 85.00 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />UZN <br />An easement for road purposes over that <br />-3- <br />
