R-81-29 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASIiINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT DIVISION TO ROBERT SCHOENECKER. WHEREAS, Robert Schoenecker has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Simple Lot Division on a parcel of land located in said City into two tracts legally described as follows, to -wit: Parcel A That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty-one (21) West, Washington County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE, of SW,); thence South 00 degrees, 46 minutes, 34 seconds East, bearing oriented to the Washington County Coordinate System, South Zone, along the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE, of SW,), a distance of 657.56 feet to a 2 inch iron pipe monument and the point of beginning; thence North 89 degrees 24 minutes, 43 seconds East 160.00 feet to a one-half inch iron pipe monument and the east line of the west 160.00 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE, of SW,); thence South 00 degrees, 46 minutes, 34 seconds East along said east line a distance of 542.52 feet to a one-half inch iron pipe monument and the northerly right-of-way line of Trunk Highway 5; thence northwesterly along said right-of-way line a distance of 164.26 feet to a one-half inch iron pipe monument and said west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE, of SW,); thence North 00 degrees, 46 minutes, 34 seconds West along said west line 505.88 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.93 acres, more or less.
