R-82-8 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FOR THE OPERATION OF THE OAKDALE GUN CLUB FOR 1982 <br />WHEREAS, the Oakdale Gun Club has applied for a permit <br />to continue operation of the outdoor target range through 1982; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 301.070 D.l.b.(4) of the Zoning Ordinance <br />requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate commercial recreation <br />of a rural nature in the Agricultural Zone; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 1301 and 1.302 of the Municipal Code of <br />Lake Elmo regulate the use of firearms and the operation of target <br />ranges; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Oakdale Gun Club has operated the carget <br />j range in compliance with their permit, in general, since 1965; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT the Conditional Use Permit for the operation of an <br />outdoor target range by the Oakdale Gun Club at 10386 N. 10th Street <br />is hereby granted through December 31, 1982, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the outdoor target range is operated by <br />the Oakdale Gun Club in compliance with Sections <br />1301 and 1302 of the Municipal Code of the City <br />of Lake Elmo; and, <br />2.
