R-82.24 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE E'LMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT DIVISION TO EDWARD BEAUBIEN <br />WHEREAS, Edward Beaubien has made application to the City of <br />Lake Elmo for a simple lot division of ceitain real estate in said <br />city into two tracts legally described as follows, to -wit: <br />The South Seven Hundred Thirty-three (733.00) feet <br />of the East one half of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) <br />of Section 14, Township 29, Range 21, City of Lake <br />Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota; except the West <br />Two Hundred Fifty (250.00) feet thereof and also ex- <br />cept the East Eight Hundred Ninety (890.00) feet <br />thereof. Containing 2.972 acres. Together with and <br />subject to all easements of record. <br />The East one half of the Northwest Quarter. (NW4) of <br />Section 14, Township 29, Range 21, City of Lake Elmo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota. Excepting the North <br />83 rods thereof; Excepting the East Eight Hundred <br />Ninety (890.00) feet thereof and also excepting the <br />South Seven Hundred Thirty-three (733.00) feet of <br />the West Two Hundred Fifty (250.00) feet thereof. <br />Containing 8.193 acres, more or less, subject to a <br />road easement over the South Thirty-three (33.00) <br />feet thereof and subject to and together with an <br />easement for road purposes over a Thirty-three (33.00) <br />foot wide strip of land, the centerline of which is <br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast <br />(SE) corner of the above described 8.193 ac. tract; <br />thence North along the East line of said 8.193 acre <br />tract for Five Hundred (500.00) feet to the end of <br />the centerline description of the Thirty-three (33.00) <br />foot road easement. <br />WHEREAS, it appears the above described land was not, at the <br />time of the application, separately described parcels of record <br />and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason relating to <br />the public health, safety and welfare which would require a denial <br />of this simple lot division; and <br />
