R-82-25 , W RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION, TO THOMAS G. ARMSTRONG AND DOUGLAS M. DeCOSTER WHEREAS, Thomas G. Armstrong and Douglas M. DeCoster have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Large Lot Subdi- vision of a parcel of land in said City and legally described as follows, to -wit: The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW4 of SW4), Section 28, Township 29N, Range 21W except westerly Seven Hundred Eighty (780.00) feet thereof and except the following described parcel, to -wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the said North- west Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW4 of SW4) thence East along the North line of said parcel. for Seven Hundred Eighty (780.00) feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence continuing east along said north line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW4 of SW4) for One Hun- dred Sixty (160.00) feet thence South at right angles for Three Hundred Sixty (360.00) feet; thence West at right angles for One Hundred Sixty (160.00) feet; thence North at right angles for Three hundred Sixty (360.00) feet to the point of beginning. WHEREAS, it appears the above described land was not, at the time of the application, a separately described parcel of record and; WHEREAS, there does not appear tobe any reason relating to the public health, safety and welfare which would require a denial of this Large Lot Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission considered the proposed large Lot Subdivision on April 12, 1982, and recommended the appro- val thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -wit: 1.
