R-82-33 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR PROJECT <br />NO. S.A.P. 82-516-03 AND S.A.P. 82-615-07 <br />AND REPEALING 82-19 <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 82-614-03 and <br />S.A.P. 82-615-07 showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades <br />and cross -sections for the construction, reconstruction or <br />improvement of County State Aid Highway No"s. 14 and 15 within <br />the limits of the City as a State Aid Project have been <br />prepared and presented to the City.; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City is now convinced •the culvert under <br />the tracks will not appreciablyincrease run-off to Downs Lake, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans be in <br />all things approved. <br />ADOPTED, this the 6th day of April, 1982, by the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />SIGNED:"� <br />May d L.
