R-82-35 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR TARTAN MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat of Tartan Meadows was <br />approved by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />on April 21, 1981, by Resolution 81-28; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Development Agreement prepared to <br />fulfill the requirements of Final Plat approval required <br />that the Developer complete all public improvements be - <br />for July 1, 1982; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 401.250 E. of the Municipal Code <br />of Lake Elmo requires the Developer to record the Final <br />Plat within 120 days of approval of the Final Plat unless <br />a time extension is approved by the City Council; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Developer has requested a one-year ex- <br />tension for the completion of the public improvements in <br />Tartan Meadows because the current economy makes develop- <br />ment of the property very difficult; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo <br />THAT, the approval of the Final Plat for Tartan <br />Meadows is extended until all the conditions of Resolution <br />81-28 are complied with; and, <br />THAT, the Development Agreement for the construction <br />of public improvements in Tartan Meadows is hereby amended <br />to require completion of said public improvements before <br />July 1, 1983. <br />ADOPTED, this the 4th. day of May, 1982, by the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota A 2lC.eeK &&Al) <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E. hiEtak r- <br />City Administrator <br />
