proposed plat July 26, 3.982, and recommended the approval. thereof; <br />•.✓ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo that: the final plat of Lake Jane Estates <br />be,'and the same hereby is, approved subject to the following <br />conditions. <br />l., There shall be one (1) driveway coming off the existing <br />private driveway from Jane Road North`to serve Lot One (1), <br />Block One (1), Lake Jane Estates only. <br />2. The right-of-way for Lake Jane Road North shall <br />be dedicated to the City. <br />3. The owners of Lot One (1.), Block One (1), Lake Jane <br />Estates shall secure an easement for access to this lot should <br />it, or the balance of the property, be sold. <br />4. The park donation requirement shall be paid in cash <br />in lieu of land and that amount shall be $176.00. <br />5.
