R-82-59 <br />3. page 4 - The City Administrator of. the City of <br />Lake Elmo shall be a member of the Administrative <br />Committee with a7.1 of the rights, duties, and powers <br />of the other members of that Committee, <br />4. page 14 - The City of Lake Elmo shall have the <br />right -to approve anv change in the agreement or scope <br />of the Board r.esnonsibilities; and, <br />5. The budget reflects the costs of the studies the <br />City of Lake Elmo will have to make to determine the <br />feasibility of the project and the public improvements, <br />and amendments to our Comprehensive plan, to accomo- <br />date the Waste to Energy project; and, <br />THAT; the City bf Lake Elmo request this recommendation <br />be accepted or we will be forced to oppose the project from <br />this day forward and will have to seek to stop the project by <br />whatever means are available and necessary, if these demands <br />are not met. <br />ADOPTED, this the 16th, day of November, 1982 by the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />S T ;NE D : <br />h'aynafd- L.
