WHEREAS, there appears to be no reason relating to the <br />public health, safety or welfare which would require a denial <br />of this large lot subdivision. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -'wit: <br />1. The application of George Krueger for a large lot <br />subdivision for the real estate described above be, and the <br />same hereby is, granted. <br />2.
