proposed, rights -of -way and easements, including (a) the <br />existing road right-of-way of Jane Road North; (b) the existing <br />power line easement on the East line of the property; (c) a <br />30 foot wide permanent road easement along the entire West <br />line of Parcel B; and (d) a 40 foot wide permanent road easement <br />along the entire Easterly line of Parcel A within the NSP power <br />line easement. <br />3. The applicant shall furnish the City with revised <br />legal descriptions for Parcels A and B using the information <br />on all boundary dimensions and bearings. Descriptions by <br />exception are not acceptable. <br />4. The applicant shall deed to the City the two permanent <br />road easements described above and pay all pass -through expenses. <br />5.
