R-82-12 <br />RESOLUTION <br />( CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS <br />TO TOM MONETTE FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO <br />THE PARKS COMMISSION FROM <br />FEBRUARY 1, 1977 TO <br />DECEMBER 31, 1981 <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with <br />Tom Monette during his service on the Parks Commission <br />and; <br />WHEREAS, we have greatly appreciated his understand- <br />ing of community needs and goals and his assistance through- <br />out the process of planning and developing the City Parks <br />system; and, especially, his advice and effort in design- <br />ing improvements to City Parks; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council and each and every member, past <br />and present who had the opportunity to work with Tom Monette <br />hereby offer their sincere appreciation and thanks to <br />Tom Monette who served on the Parks Commission from February <br />1, 1977 to December 31, 1981; <br />ADOPTED, this the 16th. day of March, 1982, by the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: y ) <br />�L 'e a roGLe' <br />Mayna L.
