R-82-19 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR PROJECT NO. <br />S.A.P. 82-516-03 AND. S.A.P 82-615-07. <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 82-614-03 and <br />S.A.P. 82-615-07 showing proposed alignment, profiles, grades <br />and cross -sections for the construction, reconstruction or <br />improvement of County State Aid Highway No's. 14 and 15 within <br />the limits of the City as a State Aid Project have been prepared <br />and presented to the City; and, <br />WHEREAS, the culvert proposed under the railroad <br />tracks will result in more surface water drainage reaching <br />Downs Lake faster and thereby increase the risk of flooding <br />on Downs Lake: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that said plansrwith <br />the exception of the new culvert under the railroad tracks, <br />are hereby approved. <br />ADOPTED, this the 6th day of April, 1982, by the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo Washington County, Minnesota. <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
