R-82-34 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LAKE ELMO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br />BY ADDING THE MASTER PLAN FOR REID PARK AND THE UPDATED <br />5 YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo acquired Reid Park as <br />indicated in the Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Parks Commission developed a Master Plan <br />for Reid Park after public informational meetings and hearings; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council accepted the recommended Reid <br />Park Master Plan at the April 20, 1982, City Council meeting; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan and the 5 Year Capital <br />Impravement°program must be updated to accomodate the Reid Park <br />Master Plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo that the Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan is <br />i hereby amended to include the Reid Park Master Plan and the new <br />1 5 year Capital Improvement Program for City parks, subject to <br />confirmation by the Metropolitan Council. <br />ADOPTED this the 4th day of May, 1982, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: d e <br />Mayn d-L.
