proposed plat July 26, 1982, and recommended the approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo that the final plat of Lake Jane Estates <br />be, and the same hereby is, approved subject to the following <br />conditions. <br />1. There shall be one (1) driveway coming off the existing <br />private driveway from Jane Road North to serve Lot One (1), <br />Block One (1), Lake Jane Estates only. <br />2. The right-of-way for Lake Jane Road North shall <br />be dedicated to the City. <br />3. The owners of Lot One (1), Block One (1), Lake Jane <br />Estates shall secure an easement for access to this lot should <br />it, or the balance of the property, be sold. <br />4. The park donation requirement shall be paid in cash <br />in lieu of land and that amount shall be $176.00. <br />5. The owners of Lake Jane Estates shall acknowledge their <br />agreement to these conditions by executing a copy of this <br />Resolution which shall be placed of record at the Washington <br />County Recorder's Office. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 3rd day of August, 1982. <br />Maynar L.
