R83-25 <br />RESOLUTION <br />i <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING A FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />BY THE CITY ENGINEER FOR OVER-ALL SEAL <br />COATING PROGRAM. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council. of the City of Lake Elmo <br />has recently considered the possibility of rehabilitating <br />certain streets in said City during 1983; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, concluded that a more <br />intense program of sealcoating may postpone the need for <br />street rehabilitation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The City engineer is hereby directed to prepare <br />a feasibility report for the sealcoating.of all paved city <br />streets. <br />2. In addition, the City engineer will conduct a <br />{ visual inspection of the street surfaces in these areas <br />and inventory those areas needing repair. <br />3. This feasibility report will be prepared with <br />estimated costs and in accordance with the provisions of <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. <br />4. The City Engineer is directed to report- back <br />to the City Council on the feasibility of the comprehensive <br />seal coating program. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council. of. the City of Lake <br />Elmo this 15th. day of March, 1983. <br />MayoorWay? na_r_J L._Ba^� <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
