LICENSES: <br />3.2 beer license Green Acres Rec Center for Graduation Party - <br />Fraser asked to defer action until the type of graduation (high <br />school, college) is clarified. Council agreed. <br />5. ENGINEER"S REPORT: <br />A. Drainage Policies - Bohrer referred the Council to his letter <br />of May 17, 1983, that contained suggested policy statements <br />resulting from proposed policy Item 3, in Tom Armstrong's <br />policy statement regarding drainage in the Cottage Grove <br />Ravine. He answered Council questions concerning implementation <br />and enforcement. Also, ponding requirements 6or impervious areas. <br />Whittaker suggested hmeitding the wording -,concerning enforcement <br />by adding Site and Building Plan Procedures in place of <br />Building Permit procedures. The Council agreed. <br />
