R-83-37 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PETITION FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />OF JAMACA COURT NORTH PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, <br />CHAPTER 429, AND ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE <br />FEASIBILITY OF THE PROJECT. <br />WIIEREAS, the owners of over thirty-five percent (35%) <br />of the frontage on Jamaca Court North have petitioned for the <br />improvement of said street as proposed in the Feasibility Report <br />for 1983 Street Rehabilitation Program dated January 13, 1983; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the Engineer was.ordered to prepare a feasibility , <br />study on said project by Resoluiton, 82•-64, adopted December 13, 1982; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council accepted said feasibility study <br />January 18, 1983 by Resolution 83-19; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to hold a public <br />hearing when such a petition is found to be sufficient under <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County', Minnesota; <br />1. THAT, the City Council hereby accepts the petition <br />for improvements to Jamaca Court North pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429; and, <br />2.
