R <br />R-83-•48 <br />RESOLUTION <br />--- CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF PACKARD PARK. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered. and approved the preliminary plat of <br />Packard Park; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has now presented to the City a <br />final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat <br />and meets with the requirements of the City's Subdivision <br />Ordinance: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the final plat. of Packard <br />Park as the same is now on file with the City. Administrator <br />subject to the following conditions: 4} <br />1. Gene Peltier, the owner, together with his heirs <br />and assigns, agrees to maintain Legion Avenue along <br />the front lot line at his expense for emergency <br />vehicles in exchange for a variance from the City <br />requirement that this lot be on an improved public <br />street. <br />m <br />2... Gene Peltier, together with his heirs and assigns, <br />agrees to provide any necessary surface water drainage <br />and ponding facilities determined in the sole discretion <br />of the City of Lake Elmo at the time the balance of <br />the property is platted. This condition is based <br />upon the fact that the owners received a variance <br />from the City from the City's drainage and ponding <br />requirements. <br />3.. Gene Peltier, together with his heirs and assigns, <br />shall pay $175.00 to the City for park donation fees <br />together with all pass -through costs before the <br />final plat is signed. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />5th day of July, 1983. <br />Maynar L.
