R-83-52 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS ON JAMACA COURT NORTH AND <br />ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the City <br />Council on July 5, 1983, the City Engineer has prepared <br />plans and specifications for the street improvements on <br />Jamaca Court North and has presented such plans and speci- <br />fications to the City Council. for approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy or wnicn <br />is attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk shall. prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official paper an advertisement for bids upon the making <br />of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. <br />The advertisement shall be published as required by statute <br />and shall specify the work to be done and state the bids will <br />be opened and considered by the City Council at 10.00 a.m. on <br />August 23, 1983 in the Council. Chambers of the City Hall <br />located in the Brookfield II Building, 3880 Laverne Avenue <br />North, Lake Elmo, Minnesota and that no bids will be considered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a <br />cash deposit, cashiers check, bid, bond or certified check <br />payable to the Check in the amount specified in the plans and <br />specifications. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />2nd day of August, 1983. <br />Maynard L.
