. ; w-* <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINI- <br />STRATOR TO TAKE BIDS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF <br />A PARKING LOT, ENTRANCE, AND TRAILS IN <br />REID PARK UNDER STATE OUTDOOR RECREATION <br />GRANT 83T-5. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted a Master <br />Plan for Reid Park including a parking lot, entrance, <br />and trails and applied for a State Outdoor Recreation <br />Grant to construct said improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota approved a <br />State Outdoor Recreation Grant, project #8'3T- -5 for <br />40% of the project cost; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the final <br />plans and specifications of said improvements at <br />their April 5, 1983 regular meeting; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO, WASHINGTON COUNTY, <br />MINNESOTA; <br />THAT, said plans and specifications are hereby <br />approved; and, <br />THAT, the City Administrator is hereby author- <br />ized to take bids for said improvements. <br />ADOPTED, this the 5th. day of April, 1983, by <br />the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SIGNED: <br />May L.
