R-83-30 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF PRELIMINARY <br />PLAT APPROVAL FOR MIDLAND MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat of Midland Meadows was <br />approved by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo on <br />December 11, 1979; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section 401.240 G. required the Subdivider <br />to submit a Final Plat within 180 days of the approval of the <br />Preliminary Plat; and, <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 401 of the City Code provides that <br />the City Council may grant an extension of Preliminary Plat <br />approval upon the request of the Subdivider; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Subdivider has requested a fourth one <br />year extension for the approval of the Preliminary Plat because <br />the current economy makes development of the property very <br />difficult; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo that: <br />The Preliminary Plat approval of Midland Meadows is <br />extended for one year from April 19, 1983, within which time <br />the Subdivider will be required to submit a Final Plat. <br />ADOPTED this the 19th day of April, 1983, by the <br />City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: <br />Mayn d L.
