R-83-31 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE SEWER ELEMENT OF THE LAKE ELMO <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND THE 201 FACILITIES PLAN AS THE <br />LAKE ELMO ELMO COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN AND REQUESTING <br />THE METROPOLITAN WASTE CONTROL COMMTSSION TO REVIEW IT. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is required to submit a <br />Comprehensive Sewer Plan to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission <br />by Minnesota Statutes, 1978, Cahpter 473.513; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has set forth all required <br />policies and programs for sewer in the sewer element of the Lake <br />Elmo Comprehensive Plan and the City's 201 Facilities Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City cannot determine the timing and extent <br />of the sewer demand for the Waste to Energy Plant until 1984; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo: <br />THAT,the sewer element of the Lake Elmo Comprehensive Plan <br />and the City's 201 Facilities Plan are the Comprehensive Sewer Plan <br />until the plans for the Waste to Energy Plant are confirmed; and, <br />TI=AT, the City of Lake Elmo reserves the right to amend <br />this Comprehensive Sewer Plan when the timing and extent of sewer <br />for the Waste to Energy Plant and the surrounding area are resolved; <br />and, <br />THAT, the City of Lake Elmo respectively request that the <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission review this Comprehensive <br />Sewer Plan. <br />ADOPTED this the 3rd day of May, 1983, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmor Washington County, Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: <br />ATTEST: <br />4ullx/v(t� � co kttut-1, <br />Laurence E.
