WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this Petition <br />with concern for the interest of the public; and <br />WHEREAS, the street proposed for vacation is no longer <br />needed as a public street; and <br />WHEREAS, for the foregoing reason it appears to be in <br />the public interest to vacate the street as described above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the above described <br />street be and the same hereby is vacated. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk shall prepare <br />a Notice of Completion. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />this 17th day of May, 1983. <br />ATTEST: <br />Laurence E.
