R-83-47 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF BURRWOOD ESTATES. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of <br />Burrwood Estates; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has now presented to the City a <br />final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat <br />and meets all the requirements of the City's Subdivision <br />Ordinance: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the final plat of Burrwood Estates <br />as the same is on file with the City Administrator, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. All required drainage improvements as set forth <br />in Valley Branch Watershed District Permit No. 83-11 <br />must be constructed in a fashion satisfactory to <br />Valley Branch Watershed District and the City of <br />Lake Elmo before the final plat shall be signed by the <br />City of Lake Elmo. <br />2. The applicant must warrant these drainage improvements <br />for a period of one (1) year following their final <br />acceptance. <br />3. The applicant must pay the City the sum of $957.00 for <br />the City park donation fee. <br />4.. The applicant shall pay all pass -through costs incurred <br />by the City prior to signing of the final plat by the <br />City. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />5th day of July, 1983, <br />� �. <br />Maynard .
