R-83-51 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING THE ENGINEERS' REPORT ON <br />CALLING FOR A HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO JANE ROAD NORTH. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution of the City Council <br />adopted July 19, 1983, a report has been prepared by the City <br />Engineer with reference to the proposed improvement of Jane <br />Road North; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer furnished this report to the <br />City Council on August 2, 1983. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />street in accordance with the Engineer's report and the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $55,400.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 16th day of August, 1983 in the Council <br />Chambers of the City Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the Clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement <br />as required by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />this 2nd day of August, 1983. <br />"(; r fzeJ <br />Maynard- .
