Beginning at the northeast corner of said <br />Lot 6; thence South 88 degrees 33 minutes <br />11 seconds West, bearing oriented to said <br />plat, along the'morth line of said Lot 6 <br />a distance of 120.00 feet; thence South <br />78 degrees 58 minutes 27 seconds East 37.99 <br />feet; thence North 82 degrees 54 minutes <br />03 seconds East 83.31 feet to the point of <br />beginning, containing 492 square feet, more <br />or less, and <br />WHEREAS, at the time of said application, the above <br />described parcels were not separately described parcels <br />of record; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the land in question have requested <br />the removal of a portion of Lot 1 to be added to Lot 2 and <br />the removal of a portion of Lot.6 to be added to Lot 1 as <br />described above in order to provide sufficient land area <br />on each proposed parcel to meet the requirements of the City <br />Zoning Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission reviewed and <br />recommended approval of this simple lot subdivision on August <br />8, 1983; and <br />WHEREAS, there does not appear to be any reason relating <br />to the public health, safety and welfare which would require <br />a denial of this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows, to -wit: <br />1. The simple lot subdivision applied for by Tom <br />Bates, Gail Tellander and Joseph Schweitz for <br />the parcels described above be, and the same hereby <br />is, approved. <br />2. Upon acceptance of these conditions, the City <br />Administrator is hereby directed to approve all <br />instruments of title or tranfer relating to the <br />above -described parcels to make the approval of this <br />simple lot subdivision a matter of record. <br />-2- <br />
