RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF ASHBACH CONSTRUCTION <br />COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of Jamaca Court North, bids were received, opened <br />and tabulated according to law; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears Ashbach Construction Company is the <br />lowest responsible bidder for this project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into a contract with Ashbach <br />Construction Company in the name of the City of <br />Lake Elmo for the improvement to Jamaca Court <br />North according to the plans and specifications <br />therefore approved by the City Council and on <br />file with the office of the City Clerk. <br />2.. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />6th day of September, 1983. <br />Maynar L.
