R-83-70 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDED FINAL PLAT OF <br />TARTAN MEADOWS. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved a preliminary plat for <br />the development known as Tartan Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council did on April 21, 1981 approve <br />the final plat for Tartan Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, a developer has applied to the City for an <br />amended final plat for Tartan Meadows; and <br />WHEREAS, this amended final plat presented to the City <br />conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council does <br />hereby approve and accept the amended final plat of Tartan <br />Meadows as the same as on file with the City Administrator <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The drainage and utility easement for the pond should <br />extend across Outlet A to a point 90 feet West of the <br />Northwest corner of the park. <br />2. The City should receive a deed for a 120 feet by 120 <br />feet area for a temporary turn -around at the North <br />end of Leeward Avenue. The City will deed this parcel <br />back to the developer at the time when the remainder' <br />of the street is platted. <br />3. Walkway easements should, be granted to the public along <br />the North line of Lot 1, the South line of Lot 3 and the <br />North line of Lot 4 all in Block 1. These walkway <br />easements are for the purpose of providing access to the <br />park. Further, the easement along the common lot line <br />between Lots 3 and 4 should be a total width of 20 feet. <br />Upon compliance by the applicant with the conditions <br />above, the Mayor and City Administrator,are authorized <br />and directed to execute the Developer's Agreement and <br />final plat for the subdivision. <br />
