R-83-72 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PLANS FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION, RECONSTRUCTION OR <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO COUNTY STATE -AID <br />HIGHWAY 15. <br />WHEREAS, plans for Project No. S.A.P. 82-615-08 <br />showing proposed alignment, profiles and cross -sections <br />for the construction, reconstruction or improvement of <br />County State --Aid Highway No. 15 within the limits of <br />the City as a State Aid Project have been prepared and <br />presented to the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That plans be <br />in all things approved. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake <br />Elmo, this the 6th Day of December, 1983. <br />S I GNED : / / -t t(- .i�Lc't <br />Maynar L.
