Use Permit for a..dra:ver'in theatre <br />on SW 1/4, SW 1/4 of Sec. 36, T29, R21, except the S 219.5 ft. <br />of the E. 847�7_ft t ereof, fox which a site lavou�is on file <br />a t 112 6 0 Hud $Qn_ B y <br />in the City of Lake Elmo from ,January 1, 198 3 _ through December 31., <br />198 3 ; and has submitted all required information and fees for the <br />application for such permit; and, <br />WHEREAS, Section _301.070 D. 7m, a. C9) of the <br />Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to <br />operate a drive—in theatre <br />in the City of Lake Elmo; and, <br />WIIEREAS, Sections 301,1-30 L, <br />of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under — <br />which said permit may .be granted and such use permitted; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions <br />set forth above; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, <br />THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for dal; <br />at 11260 Hudson Blvd _ <br />is hereby granted to R. J. O'Neil ` <br />from January 1, 198 3 through December 31, 198 3 subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. There shall be licensed deputies on duty Fridays, Saturdays, <br />and holidays when more than 50 cars are anticipated. <br />2. The owner shall prevent litter from this use to scatter to <br />adjoining property. <br />3. The parking area and drives shall be treated to control dust. <br />
