WHEREAS, Leonard has applied for a Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot On- The_ South 627.4 ft. of the 17 618,0 ft of all _that _ art of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec, 35 T29N, R21td, East Oakdale Twnship __ l�in� N of the Northerly ricrht�of�wav of Mn HiahWav__12�� at 10824 Hudson Blvd. in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1.98 3_ through December 31, 198 3—; and has submitted all required information and fees for the application for such permit; and, WHEREAS, Section 301.OZ0 D. 1 b. (5) of the Municipal Code of. Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate ,il_()pQn Sales Lot in the'City of Lake Elmo; and, WHEREAS, Sections 301.130 C. D. E. P. G. _ of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit may ,be granted and such use permitted; and,, WHEREAS, the applicant- meets or exceeds all the conditions set forth above; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, THAT, the Conditional Use Permit for an Open Sales Lot at 10824 H,xdson Blvd. is hereby granted to Leonard Hanson from January 1, 198 3__ through December 31, 198 3 subject to the following conditions: 1. There shall be no permanent structures built in support of this use, 2. The display area for all equipment including the presently permitted horse trailers shall not exceed and area of 150' by 300' (east -west) in the SE area -of the property 3. All other storage of equipment shall be either inside a building or screened from Hwy, 12 and neighboring properties as provided by the Zofiiig Ordinance.
