R-83- 12 RESOLUTION CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO Howard & Gaylen S - Green',�,cres, i ram`' Inch FOR Commercial Recreation of a Rural Nature IN THE _AG ZONING DISTRICT FROM JANUARY 1, 1983 through DECEMBER 31, 1.98 3 WHEREAS, Howard and Gaylen Springborn has applied for a Conditional Use Permit forComma�.l_Rarreatinn on N 1/2, NE 1/4, Sec. 4, E 1/2, SE 1/4, Sec. 4 - NE 1/4 & part of NE 1 4 Sec. 9 NW 1/4 SW 1 4, at 8989 55th St. N in the City of Lake Elmo from January 1, 1983_ through December 31, 1983 ; and has submitted all required information and fees for.the application for such permit; and, WHEREAS, Section 301 ,_070 D. L. b. (4)___ _of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo requires a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Commercial recreation of a rural nature in the City of Lake Elmo; a.nci, WHEREAS, Sections�of_the Zoning Ordinance ^_ of the Municipal Code of Lake Elmo sets forth the conditions under which said permit maybe granted and such use permitted; and,, WHEREAS, the applicant meets or exceeds all the conditions set forth above; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, THAT, the Conditional Use Permit- for Commercial Recreation of a at 8989 55th St. N. rural nature. is hereby granted to Howard and Gaylen S�rinaborn from January 1, 1983 through December 31, 198 3 subject to the following, conditions: 1. Serving of non -intoxicating malt liquor will require $10 license. 2. This permit provides for a tube slide and ski hill w/lift, ice skating, sleigh rides and hay rides and paddle boats on the lake only. 3. The speakers shall be directed so as not to disturb adjacent neighbors.
