R-83-21 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLANS <br />FOR �24/DOT PROJECT 8282-45,46 (94=392), <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE BY-PASSES AND BRIDGES <br />FOR I-94 <br />WHEREAS, the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />the State of Minnesota has prepared: plans, special provis- <br />ions, and specifications for the improvement of Trunk High- <br />way No. 392 renumbered as Trunk Highway No. 94, within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Lake Elmo, from the 0.3 Mi. <br />W. of CSAH 13 to East Corp. limits and seeks the approval <br />thereof: <br />NOW, THEN, BE IT RESOLVED that said plans and <br />special provisions for the improvement of said Trunk High- <br />way within said corporate limits of the City, be and hereby <br />are approved including the elevations and grades as shown <br />and consent is hereby given to any and all changes in grade <br />occasioned by said construction. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City does hereby <br />agree to require the parking of all vehicles, if such park- <br />ing is permitted within the corporate limits of said City, <br />on said Trunk Highway, to be parallel with the curb adjacent <br />to the highway, and at least 20 feet from any crosswalks on <br />all public streets intersecting said trunk highway: <br />Moved - Dave Morgan <br />Second- Mike Mazzara <br />Upon the call of the roll, all council members voted in <br />favor of the Resolution. <br />ADOPTED, this the lst. day of February, 1983, by <br />the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />SIGNED: <br />4 4 tdzA/ <br />Maynaifd L.
