—e R-84_ 20 <br />RESOLUTON-° <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GRANT OFFER FROM THE <br />SPATE OF MINNESOTA FOR STEPS 2 & 3 OF THE 201 <br />FACILITIES PLAN. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo is eligible for certain <br />grant monies from the State of Minnesota for Steps 2 & 3 of the <br />201 Facilities Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has accepted the City <br />of Lake Elmo's request for grant monies for Steps 2 & 3; and, <br />Whereas, the State of Minnesota has made a grant offer <br />to the City of Lake Elmo for Steps 2 & 3 in the amount of <br />$48,429.00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council <br />of the City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby <br />accepts the grant offer from the State of Minnesota in the amount <br />of $48,429.00 for: <br />Step 2 - the design and preparation of plans and <br />specifications for a wastewater treatment facility; <br />and, <br />Step 3 - the construction of a wastewater treatment <br />facility. <br />AND, that the City of Lake Elmo authorizes the City <br />Administrator, the designated representative, to sign all <br />documents necessary to the acceptance of this grant offer. <br />ADOPTED, <br />1984, by the City <br />Council ofti <br />the City ofLaketElmo,, Washington of �County, Minnesota. <br />Signed:�s2.� <br />Mayna d L.
