EXECUTIVE <br />NG LITIGATION IN THE <br />HUTUHINSUN OA6Z: Un IlTiday, December lb, 1903, I <br />distr bute material which the City Attorney received <br />regardirij'a request to consider a new zoning district within <br />the City, and specifically for the area of land in question. <br />Please bring this material to this meeting. A brief report <br />is attached from the City Planner, Rob Chelseth, regarding <br />this proposed zoning district. Also, some feedback from the <br />neighbors attorney, Mr. Moosbrugger, is expected and the <br />City Attorney, Ray Marshall, will report on this aspect if <br />any information is received. <br />The City Attorney received this request and he needs <br />direction from the City Council in order to respond to the <br />request. This is the purpose of the executive session...to <br />provide the City Attorney with direction as to how the City <br />Council feels toward this request for a new zoning district. <br />Item <br />5. L <br />FOR A LI <br />TRANSFER FOR THE <br />r VIN"I" TRVr1n14 'lU TLAA1 rnATT: Tne- idly nas received an <br />application for a liquor license transfer for the Twin Point <br />Tavern to Terry Pratt. The Deputy Clerk indicates that all <br />the required material has been submitted with the exception <br />of the bonds. The Deputy Clerk, Kathy Crombie, has talked <br />with the insurance agent, Jim Malone, who indicated that all <br />the necessary bonding material will be delivered to the City <br />Office by Friday. With this assurance, the staff has no <br />problems with this application and recommends approval. The <br />Washington County Sheriff's Department also has no problem <br />with this application. The application forms submitted to <br />the City and a brief report from the Sheriff's Office is <br />attached. If the Council approves this tranfer; the <br />transfer is still contingent upon approval by the State <br />Liquor Commission. The applicant is expected to attend the <br />Council meeting. <br />
