NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that the Conditional Use Permit expansion for a greenhouse <br />and sales lot at 5833 Lake Elmo Avenue and zoning side yard setback <br />variance, is hereby granted to Richard Bergmann thru December 31, <br />1984. <br />This Conditional Use Permit may be rescinded after a two week notice <br />and public hearing if the City Council finds that the public health, <br />safety or welfare is jeopardized. <br />ADOPTED, this 17th day of July, 1984 by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, Washington County Minnesota. <br />Signed: <br />Maynapl L.
