R-G4-47 <br />_ RES[�UTION <br />` <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASAINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED <br />ASSESSMENT FOR JAMACA COURF NOR|M <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution 84-45, passed by the City Council on <br />August 21, 19845 the City Clerk was directed to prepare a Proposed <br />assessment of the cost of improving Jamaca Court North; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed <br />assessment has been completed and filed in his office for public <br />inspection,: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lake Elmo <br />Washington County, Minnesota: ' <br />I. <br />A hearing shall <br />be held on the 4th <br />day <br />of September, 1984 <br />in the City <br />Council Chambers <br />at 8:15 p.m, to pass <br />upon such pro'osed ' <br />assessment <br />and at such time <br />and place all persons <br />owning property <br />affected by <br />such improvement <br />will be given an <br />opportunity <br />to be heard <br />wiih reference to such assessment. <br />2. <br />/ <br />?he City Clerk is <br />hereby directed <br />to cause <br />a notice of the <br />hearing an <br />the proposed assessment <br />to bPublished <br />once in the official <br />newspaper at <br />]east two weeks <br />prior to the hearing, <br />and he shall state in <br />the notice <br />the total cost of <br />the improvement. <br />He <br />shall <br />mailed notice <br />to be given Lo <br />the owner of each <br />parcel <br />also cause <br />described in the <br />assessment <br />roll noL Jess than <br />two weeks prior <br />to the <br />hearing. <br />ADOPTED <br />this 2lst day of August, 1984, <br />by <br />the City Council <br />the City of <br />Lake Elmo. <br />of <br />INNEWRI <br />ATTEST: <br />Patrick D.
