R-84- 49 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION LOCATING OR ESTABLISHING THE COUNTY <br />STATE AID HIGHWAY SYSTEM WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS <br />OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO. <br />WHEREAS, the County Board of the County of Washington <br />did adopt a resolution on July 24, 1984, locating, establishing, <br />designating and numbering the County State Aid Highway system <br />of Washington County; and, <br />WHEREAS, said resolution locates and establishes <br />certain County State Aid Highways within the corporate limits <br />of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo that the resolution adopted by the County <br />Board, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part thereof, <br />locating or establishing the County State Aid Highway system <br />within the City limits is in all things approved. <br />ADOPTED this- 21st day of August , 1984, by <br />the City Council of the City of Lake E mo, Washington County, <br />Minnesota. <br />ATTEST: <br />SIGNED: <br />Maynard <br />Eder, Mayor <br />Z,�eacI1216al�� <br />Patric D.
