RES8LUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FDB <br />TEAL PASS ESTATES 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has <br />previously considered and approved the preliminary plat of Teal Pass <br />Estates; and, <br />WHEREAS, the applicants have now presented to the City a one <br />lot final plat which conforms to the approved preliminary plat and <br />meets the requirements of the City's Subdivision Ordinance; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission has reviewed the <br />proposed final plat at its August 27, 1984, meeting and recommended to <br />the City Council approval of the said final plat. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo does hereaby accept the final plat of Teal Pass <br />Estates 2md Addition as it is on file with the City Clerk subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />l. The applicant shall enter into a developers agreemeni <br />required by the City Subdivision Ordinance providing for the <br />construction of <br />all streets and related <br />improvements to City <br />standards. <br />2. The <br />developers performance of <br />said Developer's <br />Agreement <br />shall be secured <br />by security bond, cash <br />deposit or letter <br />of credit in <br />a form approved <br />by the City Attorney or <br />such other security as may be <br />hereafter approved <br />by the City Council. <br />The amount of said <br />bond shall <br />be determined by <br />the City Engineer in accordance <br />with the <br />provisions <br />of the subdivision <br />ordinance. <br />3.
