The City agrees to execute the <br />final plat upon the execution and delivery of this Agreement and <br />the receipt of all required security provided herein. <br />12. Incorporation by Reference. All plans, special provi- <br />sions, proposals and specifications and contracts for the said <br />development furnished and let pursuant to this Agreement or on <br />file with the City Clerk pursuant to this Agreement or on file <br />with the City Clerk pursuant to the Developers' application for <br />approval of the said development shall be, and are hereby, made <br />a part of this Agreement, by reference, as fully as if set out <br />herein.
