CERTIFICATION OP' MINUTES RELATING TO RESOLUTION NO. 84-54 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH WASHINGTON COUNTY REGARDING SEWAGE IMPROVEMENTS City of Lake Elmo County of Washington State of Minnesota Meeting: A meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, held on the 18th day of September, 1984 at 7:00 p.m. in the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota. Council members present: Mayor Eder, Councillors Dunn, Fraser and Mazzara. Council members absent: Morgan Documents: A copy of the above referenced resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo at said meeting. Certification: I, Patrick D. Klaers of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, do hereby certify the following: �1a Attached hereto is a true and correct copy of a resolution on file and of record in the office of the City of Lake Elmo, which resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, at the meeting referred to above. Said meeting was a Regular Meeting of the City Council, was open to the public, was held at the place at which meetings of the City Council are regularly held. Councilmember Mazzara moved the adoption of the attached resolution. The motion for adoption of the attached resolution was seconded by Councilmember Fraser. A vote being taken on the motion, the following voted in favor thereof: Dunn, Eder, Fraser and Mazzara; and the following voted against the resolution: (None) Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. The attached resolution is in full force and effect and no action has been taken by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo which would in any way alter or amend the attached resolution.
