R 84--55 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING TWO 1984 TAX FORFEITED <br />PROPERTIES FROM WASHINGTON COUNTY. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has been informed by <br />Washington County of two tax forfeited properties within the City, <br />legally described as follows: <br />PARCEL A <br />PLATE AND PARCEL 37032-2820 <br />(See attached legal) <br />PARCEL B <br />PLATE AND PARCEL 37445-3440 <br />(see attached legal) <br />WHEREAS, Washington County has indicated that the City of <br />Lake Elmo can obtain these properties for public purposes or that the <br />properties will be put up for public auction; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Engineer has advised the City <br />Council, and the City Council concurred, that these properties would <br />be a public benefit to the City and that their intended use would be <br />for public purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo that the City proceed with attempting to obtain tax <br />forfeited properties Parcel A and Parcel B as described above from <br />Washington County for future public purposes. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this <br />2nd day of October, 1984. <br />Signed: <br />Maynard/L.
