R-84-57 <br />3. In additon to the detailed engineering data as may be <br />required by the City Engineer the developer shall submit such data as <br />required to be submitted with the plat under the provisions of the City <br />Subdivision Ordinance. <br />4. The approval granted by this resolution is subject to <br />compliance to all conditions proposed by the Valley Branch Watershed <br />District in their review for the subdivison. <br />5. A variance to the Zoning Ordinance is granted to allow an <br />accessory structure to remain on Lot 5 before the primary structure is <br />constructed and also to allow this existing structure to exceed the <br />1,000 sq. ft. requirement allowed by the City Code, but that this <br />accessory structure must be removed when the primary structure is <br />constructed on Lot 5. <br />6. The <br />preliminary plat must <br />meet the conditions of the City <br />Engineer's letter <br />dated October 16, 1984, <br />relating to <br />the ponding and <br />easements over Lot <br />3 and the location of <br />the emergency <br />overflow ditch. <br />ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 16th <br />day of October, 1984. <br />SIGNED." <br />MaynaTL.
