RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE PROPOSED VACATION OF PORTIONS OF <br />45TH STREET, JULEP AVENUE AND 47TH STREET IN THE CITY OF LATE <br />ELMO <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has received a recommendation <br />from the City Engineer regarding proposed vacations of rights of <br />way adjacent to 45th Street, Julep Avenue and 47th Street in said <br />City; and <br />WHEREAS, said street vacations appear to be in the public <br />interest by virtue of street construction and realignment; and <br />WHEREAS, the applicable Minnesota Statute requires a public <br />hearing be held by the City Council to consider said vacation; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1. The City Council shall hold a public hearing on the <br />proposed vacation of portions of 45th Street, Julep Avenue and <br />47th Street in the City of Lake Elmo. <br />2. The City Clerk shall prepare a Notice of Publication of <br />said public hearing pursuant to statute. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo this 4th <br />day of December, 1984. <br />Maynard] .
