ORDINANCE NO. 7960 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1919 MUNICIPAL CODE dF <br />LAKE ELMO <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: <br />Section 1. Amendment. Section 301.070 D. 2. c. of 1979 <br />Municipal Cade of Lake Elmo adopted October 16, 1979. is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Minimum District Requirements If Clustered <br />(1) Lot size Nominal 10 <br />acres irh acres <br />(2) Lot width 300 last 125 feel <br />(3) Building setback <br />from property lines <br />(a) Front 30 feel 30 leet <br />(b) Side (Interior) 14 feel 10 feel <br />(c) Side corner 25 feet 25 feet <br />(d) Rear 40 feet 40 feet <br />(a) Arterial Street 50 feet 50 feet <br />(4) Building height 35 feet <br />(5) Off-street parking 3 spaces <br />per Unk same <br />(6) All lots must have at least one (4) acre of land suitable for <br />septic drainfields and area sullicienl for two (2) separate and <br />distinct drainfield sites. Nominal ton acre parcels — a ten acre <br />parcel not reduced by more than ten percent (10%) andlor a <br />Ian acre parcel located on a comer or abutting a street on two <br />sides not reduced by more than fifteen percent (16%) due to <br />,road rights of way and survey variations. <br />Section 2. EfteclAye date. This ordinance shall became ef- <br />feclive upon its passage and publication. <br />Adopted by the City Council this loth day of November, 1964. <br />Maynard L.
